Installing a new breathable membrane and new treated battens
After replacing the old roofing membrane and battens and installing new membrane and battens we then re-tiled
We install new roofs and re-roof an existing building.
We do minor roof tile replacements, if the tiles need to be replaced, for example, if they are damaged or missing.
Roof tiles do last for many years, occasionally it may be more cost effective to have a complete new roof or it may be the roofing membrane needs replacing or the battens; on average a roof may need a full roof replacement after 25 years, depending on its condition.
