We install new fascias and soffits. There are a variety of colours and designs to choose from, vented soffits are also available.
The new upvc fascias and soffit upgrade systems have many more advantages than the older type of systems. Maintenance free systems are an added advantage over the annual painting that the wooden type fascias and soffits require.

Dry Fix Systems use new Dry Verge and Dry Ridge products.
The Dry Verge Tile System has been designed to be a cost effective alternative that avoids all of the long term maintenance problems of mortar bedding.
The ridge of a roof is especially vulnerable to damage by wind driven rain and will often suffer considerable mortar damage over time, resulting in ridge tiles becoming displaced.

We replace loose, missing or broken roof tiles or if necessary we replace the whole roof, complete with breathable membrane and treated wooden battens.
We carry out roof repairs, from minor tile replacements to complete new roof installations.

Verge & Ridges: We carry out roof verge repairs and re-bed ridge tiles. The weather takes its toll on Roof verges and ridges, causing the mortar to crack and crumble which leads to further problems due to the rain getting into the roof spaces, causing dampness and other problems. We also upgrade to the new dry verge and dry ridge systems, which is much more durable, weatherproof and maintenance free. It also prevents the birds from picking out the mortar and nesting, which can also cause problems.
Fascia and soffit repairs:
Gutters: We clean and repair guttering and downpipes. It is essential to keep the gutters clean in order for the rain water to flow into them and direct the water flow into the downpipes and drains. If the gutters get blocked, problems will arise. We recommend having the gutters cleaned at least once a year. We repair roof verges, the weather will eventually cause the mortar to crack and crumble. Birds have a tendancy to pick away at old mortar and nest, which can cause further problems, allowing rain to access the roof space. We clean out the old crumbling mortar and replace with new.
New methods have overtaken the mortar filled verges. The dry roofing solution has many more advantages over the old mortar system. It is much more durable, no maintenance is required and it will keep birds etc. from accessing the roof space.
